I am deeply committed to designing systems that promote equity and remove barriers to success. With years of experience in the non-profit sector, I’ve managed key operations like HR, finance, and IT while leading strategic projects that drive organisational efficiency. My passion lies in supporting minority-led organisations, where I focus on strategic planning and grant writing to ensure their sustainability and growth.

Before moving into the non-profit arena, I spent over a decade in the media industry across Asia. During this time, I successfully led large-scale productions, built impactful content, and forged strong partnerships. My ability to adapt and work effectively across diverse cultures has been central to my success, allowing me to navigate challenges and deliver consistent results in dynamic environments. This experience has also honed my skills in operations management, budgeting, and strategic development, which I now apply to my work in the non-profit sector.
