Samuham Media Launches the Community Non-Profit Leaders' Network

Prema Menon • April 10, 2023

Samuham Media has recently launched the Community Non-Profit Leaders' Network with the aim of creating a supportive community for leaders of volunteer-run non-profits. This network offers opportunities for collaboration and peer learning to address resourcing challenges and foster skills development.

In our first meeting, we were delighted to welcome five leaders from across Australia who shared their motivations for embarking on this journey. Their reasons ranged from a sense of responsibility to help others to personal experiences that fuelled their desire to alleviate burdens for those in need. We had a meaningful conversation about the current challenges faced by non-profit leaders and explored ways to support each other in what can sometimes be a solitary journey.

Participants found the discussion to be highly productive, providing valuable insights and prompting further reflection. There was also expressed interest in staying connected with each other beyond the meeting.

If you're interested in joining us for our next session, please sign up here. Upon signing up, you will receive an email with all the details regarding the next virtual session, including date, time, and any additional information. We look forward to meeting you at the Community Non-Profit Leaders' Network session.

If you would like to find out more before joining, please feel free to contact us at info@samuham.org or via text, WhatsApp or phone call on 0456 130 666.
